According to Dr Sharib:

"Al-Warith is the One Who lives even after the extinction of creation."
We are advised that to emulate the name we should take up the ways of
the pious, the holy, and the learned.

Appropriate invocation of this name will remove wonder and amazement
from the heart, or it may be recited in such a way that one may be free
from sorrow and trouble.
